These terms govern your use of Intelligavoice.com, provided by Intelligavoice.com. By using the site you agree to them.

The service

The site offers free tools for developers of AI phone agents: a latency calculator, a cost calculator, AI writing tasks, and guides. The service is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind.

Early access

All tools are free during early access. Joining early access stores your email address as described in the privacy page. Paid plans are planned, not available yet, and joining creates no purchase obligation.

Estimates are not guarantees

Latency verdicts, cost figures and checklist results are estimates based on the numbers you enter. They are not guarantees of how a real system will perform or what a provider will charge.

AI output

AI output may be wrong, incomplete or unsuitable. It is not legal, medical, financial or other professional advice. Review and test everything before using it on real calls, and check the rules that apply to you.

Acceptable use

Do not use the site to break the law, to harass or deceive people, to send personal data you have no right to share, to attack or overload the service, or to try to bypass its limits.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Intelligavoice.com is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss arising from your reliance on the tools, estimates or AI output.

Changes

Intelligavoice.com may update the site and these terms. The effective date above shows the latest version.
